We made it because the conversation about consumer brands is changing. Aesthetics aren't the moat anymore. Paid is getting harder. The brands winning right now — the ones being talked about, copied, and chased — are doing something different. We wrote down what we're seeing, the way two people who actually do the work would talk about it.
